 Rohan brings over 20 years of experience in the Bar and hospitality industry: ranging from time spent behind the bar to years of training beverage professionals and countless hours of developing drinks for leading liquor brands and drinking establishments.

Rohan was invited to speak at TedX Lavelle road where he shared his inspiring story on the topic “Challenging the odds”.

During 2003 to 2008 Rohan won more bartending competitions than any bartender in the

country. That includes 4 national titles and 2 regional (Bacardi Martini Grand prix, Jim Beam Bar Wizard, Dabur Real juice). His passion for bartending and flair led him to represent India at the 18th Asia Pasific bar competition held in Singapore in 2008.

 

Rohan completed L2 awards in Spirits & L2 awards in Wines & Spirits from Wines and Spirits Education Trust of London and has shared his knowledge & experience with F&B professionals, consumers & hotel management students by conduction range of Master class, Seminars & workshops in Flair & Mixology nation wide.

He has been a trainer with Diageo Bar Academy, ITC Horeca high, USL and has trained more than 1000 beverage professionals across India. Rohan brings prior experience as Indian Ambassador of World Flair Association and has been on the jury panel at bartending competitions for Dream Flair:WFA Grand Slam, Bacardi Legacy, Skyy vodka, Smirnoff Black, Jack Daniels, Monin, Carlson group, Hard rock café to name a few.

Rohan is on board with the largest cafe’ chain in India, working with the R&D team as Manager Beverage Innovations.

Currently as the President of Indian Flair Bartenders Association (IFBA), he is actively involved in all activities contributing to the aim and objective of the association.

Rohan still remains the ‘go-to’ man, and he loves helping his comrades & novice bartenders with life and the likes.
